If you want to cancel an order after it's been despatched, you'll need to wait until it's been fully delivered to you. Once you have the goods in your possession, you can apply for a GRN returns number. Read and follow our returns policy below.
NOTE: If you paid for your order using "Google Checkout", then unfortunately you will not be able to change or cancel the order additionally no returns will be accepted unless faulty, damaged or returned using the following procedures under the distance selling regulations. See below for more information.
Please do not try to return items without a valid GRN (Goods Return Number) as we cannot accept items that have not been authorized for return and such items will be refused.
Returns:
Please remember that before returning any items to Worknleisure.co.uk you must first obtain a valid Goods Return Number or GRN. You can do this by logging into the My Account section:
- Select View Details for your order date
- Add New RMA
- Select the item you wish to return - drop down box (Returned)
- Provide the reason for return - drop down box (Reason)
- Select the Method - drop down box (Method)
- You may add notes if required - this is optional but may assist us
- Click save RMA and you are done

(2) You will receive a 2nd email which will advise you if your return request has been accepted, it will also provide you with further information to continue the process of return - NOTE: Please do not return an item until you receive confirmation of this return request - failure to comply will result in your return request being rejected:
All returned items must be in the original packaging and be complete with all manuals, drivers, cables and any other items etc: that originally came with the item, unless we tell you otherwise.
Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied items:
If items are faulty, have been damaged in transit, or incorrectly delivered, we will arrange collection of these items by our carrier at our expense.
The cost of all other returns to worknleisure.co.uk are to be paid by the customer.
You must notify us of faulty items within 5 working days (2 working days (business customers)) of receipt. After this period, we reserve the right to return the items to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.
You must notify us of any damaged items and incorrectly supplied items within 5 working days of receipt.
We may advise you to contact the manufacturer directly, as some manufacturers have their own specific returns procedures in place, including next day on-site replacements and free loan products.
Because we test every item returned as faulty, we strongly advise that you check the item and the instructions thoroughly before returning it, as items found not to be faulty will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
Replacements:
Should you require a replacement, this will be shipped after the returned items have been processed. Should you need a replacement sooner, you can place and pay for another item, and we will credit your account when the returned item has been processed.
Unwanted Items:
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, most items can be returned to us for a full refund or exchange subject to the following conditions:
- You must notify us of your wish to cancel your order and return the item or items within 5 (five) working days of receiving them.
- You must notify us in writing by post or email. We cannot accept telephone cancellations.
- You provide us with your contact details.
- You obtain a valid Goods Return Number – GRN.
- All items must be in a re-saleable condition and in the original packaging (unopened). The packaging must not have been damaged or altered by the customer.
- All items must be unused and unopened with all seals/shrink wrap intact
- The items were not specifically ordered for the customer, or altered or customized to the customer's specification.
- You pay the cost of returning the goods
- You return the items within 5 working days of being issued the GRN.
- All other unwanted items (if returnable)(Business Customers Only), will be subject to a restocking fee up to 25% payable by the customer (minimum £5.00 (five pounds GBP sterling)).
- We will not refund the carriage charges for unwanted items.
We strongly recommend that you insure any items you return to us and also that you use a carrier which can provide a "Proof of Delivery", as you are liable for any returned items until they reach us. We can if required, provide a collection service with our own carriers at a cost - please ask us about this.
Refunds:
All refunds will be processed as quickly as possible, under the distance selling regulations (Business Customers Do Not Apply) within 30 days of receiving the returned item or written cancellation.

Credit for product returns will be issued to your account provided the request complies with our Terms and Conditions.
This includes:
- All discrepancies must be notified within 5 working days from the date of invoice or receipt of goods (consumers only) Business Customers refer to section 8.4 Terms and Conditions.
- A valid GRN/RMA number is clearly visible on the address label.
- The product is physically received and signed for by us within 5 working days of RMA issue.
- The product is in a condition suitable for resale (excluding defective products).
- No writing shall appear on the manufacturer's box.
- The product is still carried by us.
- Credit for all returns (including Credit Card orders) will be applied directly to your account.
- Re-stocking fees may apply (Business Customers) to Stock Balance Customer Error -
We reserve the right to refuse delivery if returns do not meet published Terms and Conditions. Please note, a processing fee may be charged for failure to adhere to these requirements. In contacting returns you accept and have read our Terms and Conditions
